CONSTRUCTING THE UMii FRAMEWORK

Looking at transportation challenges and opportunities

The framework developed for UMii looks at transportation challenges and opportunities across three components: mobility dimensions, mobility roles and features and mobility indicators.
3 mobility dimensions have been identified: readiness, deployment and viability. They outline spheres in which a city can support transportation innovation.
Each dimension houses 3 mobility roles and features that a city can plan in order to drive transport innovation.
